Digital Products
All digital products sold by LOOM are delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all digital product purchases are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase has been completed.

Guided Sessions
Guided sessions are scheduled for the date and time selected during booking.
Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments missed without notice or canceled within 24 hours may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
LOOM reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

No Guarantees
Guided sessions, educational materials, and digital products are intended for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
